Instructions

  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares that fit your ramekins.
  5. Fill each ramekin with the mushroom mixture, top with grated Gruyère cheese, and cover with pastry squares, sealing edges.
  6. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
