  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed
  • 12 cups juicy watermelon, cubed or scooped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • A handful of fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel if necessary. Cube or ball the pineapple, cantaloupe/honeydew melon, and watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all prepared fruit.
  3. Pour in lime juice and zest. If desired, add chopped herbs.
  4. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 15–30 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of salt for added flavor and top with optional toppings like chili powder/Tajín or toasted coconut flakes as desired.
