  • 2 large zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice zucchini and tomatoes; dice onion and mince garlic.
