  • 1 1/2 cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 3 Tbsps cooking apple vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour to create a roux; cook until lightly golden. Gradually whisk in the chicken stock.
  3. Mix in the Tuscan blend, sea salt, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, cooking apple vinegar, and lemon juice; simmer gently.
  4. Add shredded chicken and gnocchi; stir to combine well.
  5. Incorporate chopped kale and cook for an additional five minutes until heated through.
