12 mini peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 small onion (grated, with juice)
1 egg white (large)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, ground cumin, grated onion with juice, and egg white until well mixed.
Cut each mini pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
