  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 Pinches Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel the ginger and turmeric roots, then chop them roughly.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, ensuring to remove any bitter white pith and seeds.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped ingredients with filtered water and blend until smooth to create a deep yellow juice.
  4. Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp, collecting as much juice as possible.
  5. Pour 60 mL (about 2 fl oz) into sealable vials, adding a pinch of black pepper to each before sealing. Shake well before consumption.
