2 cups chopped cauliflower
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup hot sauce
3 tablespoons heavy cream
4 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Microwave the chopped cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender.
In a skillet over medium heat, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and garlic. Whisk until melted. Add cooked chicken and microwaved cauliflower; mix well and remove from heat.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the chicken mixture evenly. Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
