Instructions
Rim each serving glass with sugar syrup or corn syrup and dip into shredded coconut to create a decorative rim.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the chilled sparkling apple vinegar, coconut vanilla extract, pineapple sparkling water, and blue coloring. Shake gently to mix without losing fizz.
