  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, green, yellow), chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for sautéing)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions
