  • 1 can Pillsbury Original Biscuits (8 count)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate each biscuit and flatten slightly into a 3-inch round shape.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Optionally, add minced garlic on top.
  4. Fold the biscuit edges around the cheese, sealing well to prevent leaks.
  5. Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in minced garlic and garlic powder.
  6. Brush the tops of the cheese bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
