  • 4 strips thick-cut turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling.
  3. Slice each egg in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks until smooth, then mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  5. Fold in most of the crumbled turkey bacon (reserve some for garnish).
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with reserved turkey bacon and optional toppings like smoked paprika or chives. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
