  • 1 tbsp canola oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  3. Place shrimp in a resealable bag or shallow dish, add half of the marinade, and marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
