  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Oil for frying (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  5. 5. Whisk together ketchup, extra soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes; heat lightly.
