1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Extra shredded coconut (for rolling, optional)
Mix the base:
In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, matcha powder, and sea salt.
Add wet ingredients:
