  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet; pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Brush remaining marinade over each fillet during the last 5 minutes of baking.
