  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and cocoa powder.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla to the chocolate mixture, then combine with dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar until well combined.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop cheesecake mixture on top and swirl gently before adding remaining brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly gooey in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
