- 1 lb cubed chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 sliced small onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Cooking oil, salt, and pepper
- In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch. Heat over low until slightly thickened.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the same skillet for about 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet and pour the prepared sauce over all ingredients. Toss gently until well-coated and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
