  • 8 oz turkey strips
  • 2 large peaches, sliced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh thyme and basil for garnish
  • 2 tsp sea salt, divided
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper, divided
  • 1 tsp oregano, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika, divided
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated or pressed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season chicken thighs with half of the salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook turkey strips in a skillet over medium heat for about three minutes; remove excess oil and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sear seasoned chicken thighs until browned on both sides; set aside.
  4. Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until translucent, then deglaze with chicken broth.
  5. Stir in butter and honey until melted, return chicken to the skillet along with thyme.
  6. Bake covered for 15 minutes, then add sliced peaches and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until soft.
  7. Serve topped with fresh herbs.
