  • 1 cup berry/beet/cherry juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together orange juice, sweetener, and agar-agar powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 2 minutes while whisking constantly. Pour into molds or a shallow container.
  3. Blend the berry juice with jam and agar-agar powder until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Simmer the berry mixture in the same way and pour over the orange layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set completely.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and cut into shapes as desired.
