  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh thyme
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Crushed garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Small baby potatoes
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Sour cream or thick Greek yogurt
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining parsley, thyme, rosemary, crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan to medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
