  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream (for topping)
  • 5 chocolate-covered almonds

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by mixing melted dark chocolate with crushed Oreo cookies and unsalted butter in a bowl, then press into a tart pan.
  2. Melt chopped dark and milk chocolates together using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the melted chocolate mixture. Pour into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  4. Chill for at least 120 minutes to set.
  5. For the topping, melt white cooking chocolate and mix with warm heavy cream to create a smooth mixture. Drizzle over the chilled tart in a spiderweb design using a piping bag.
  6. Finish by placing five chocolate-covered almonds on top as edible spiders.
