  • 1.75 oz granulated sugar
  • 3 packages (21g) unflavored powdered vegan gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp citric acid
  • 3 oz corn syrup
  • 2.5 oz flavored liquid (juice or water)
  • 12 drops candy flavoring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone molds by lightly greasing them with oil.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, mix granulated sugar, vegan gelatin, and citric acid until combined.
  3. Add corn syrup and your chosen flavored liquid; whisk until dissolved.
  4. Keep on low heat, stirring continuously until warm but not boiling to activate the vegan gelatin.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into molds using a spatula.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for about 10 minutes before refrigerating for approximately one hour.
  7. Once fully set, gently remove from molds and enjoy.
