  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 ½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper
