  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • cooking spray
  • shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • gluten-free pizza sauce
  • optional toppings (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, basil, and oregano until combined.
  4. Add Bisquick mix, water, and olive oil; blend until smooth.
  5. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  6. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full with the batter.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and gluten-free pizza sauce.
  8. Add any desired toppings before sprinkling more cheese on top.
  9. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and serve warm.
