  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat dry the chicken thighs and coat both sides with olive oil.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture onto the thighs evenly.
