Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet on low heat and lightly grease it. Pour about half a cup of batter for each pancake. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes until bubbles form on top. Flip carefully and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stack the pancakes high on a plate and serve with your favorite toppings.
