  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 23 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract for glaze
  • 1 tsp almond extract (optional for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, oil, and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Mix in all extracts until blended.
  6. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk into the batter; mix until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  9. Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar with milk and extracts until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
