  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup assorted colorful candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and egg; mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with the butter mixture until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the reserved colorful candies.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pie plate, smoothing out the top before baking for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
