  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)
  • 1012 Fresh Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (optional)
  • 40 g Butter
  • 75 g Kataifi
  • 140 g Pistachio Paste
  • Mint Leaves
  • Shredded Coconut or Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workstation by cleaning surfaces and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Spoon melted chocolate into cupcake liners on the baking sheet, spreading evenly along the sides and bottom; chill for about 10 minutes until set.
  4. Mix hulled strawberries with powdered sugar in a bowl; set aside.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add kataifi, stirring continuously until golden brown.
  6. Fill cooled chocolate cups with strawberry mixture, top with toasted kataifi and pistachio paste; garnish with mint leaves and sprinkle shredded coconut or nuts.
