  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallow cream
  • Optional: colorful sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the brownie batter according to package directions.
  2. Grease silicone egg-shaped molds with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Fill each mold with 2 tablespoons of brownie batter and bake for 24-26 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While hot, press a 1/2 teaspoon into the center of each brownie to create a divot.
  5. Let the brownies cool completely before gently releasing them from the molds.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and vegan marshmallow cream until smooth.
  7. Use a pastry bag to pipe the filling into each divot and top with sprinkles if desired.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
