  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • For the Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, and apple cider until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined—do not overmix.
  5. Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan about halfway full and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with apple cider until smooth and drizzle over warm donuts.
