  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and layer in the chicken breasts.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until well blended.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and top with frozen mixed vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the vegetables and gently press down.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
