  • 2 large eggs
  • 48 oz marinara sauce
  • 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, grated parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
