Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 slices thick-cut turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half the butter and cook the chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy (about 4-5 minutes), then remove but leave drippings.
  3. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for about 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Return chicken and turkey bacon to the skillet; combine everything gently.
