  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup kidney beans (rinsed/drained)
  • 1 cup Great Northern beans (drained/rinsed)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ditalini pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the Italian sausage.
  3. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery to the pot; sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, seasonings, and browned sausage.
