  • 23 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • Extra mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Mix in sugar, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until a soft dough forms; knead on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Add blue gel food coloring during kneading until evenly colored.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 to 1½ hours or until doubled.
