  • ¼ cup creamy salad dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • 4 drops blue food coloring
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 3 cups water (divided, or as needed)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a large saucepan covered with cold water for about 20 minutes after bringing to a boil. Cool under running water and peel.
  2. Cut boiled eggs in half, remove yolks, and mash with salad dressing, mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
  3. Prepare three bowls with water and food coloring; soak each egg white half for 15 minutes until desired color is achieved.
  4. Drain egg whites and fill each half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
