  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend instant coffee in a food processor until fine. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients using a rubber spatula until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
