  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon to create the filling.
  3. Whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Cream cold unsalted butter in a stand mixer for one minute; add granulated sugar and mix until smooth.
  5. Incorporate eggs and vanilla into the creamed mixture.
