  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two loaf pans by greasing and flouring them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in grated zucchini and 8 ounces of chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter between the prepared pans and top each with the remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
