  • 75 g chopped kataifi
  • 40 g butter
  • 140 g pistachio paste
  • 300 g Nutella (or chocolate-hazelnut spread)
  • 600 g fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Melt the butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Coat the chopped kataifi with melted butter and spread it evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, mix pistachio paste and Nutella until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Form cooled kataifi into cup shapes in serving glasses or bowls. Fill each cup with the Nutella-pistachio mixture and top with sliced strawberries.
  5. Garnish each cup with an extra-large strawberry and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
