  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (full fat)

  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a high-powered blender, combine milk, bananas, and spinach until mostly smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Stir in the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, oil, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  4. 4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined; then fold in dark chocolate chips.
