  • 8 ounces chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush the Biscoff cookies until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter and mix well.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan evenly.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool completely.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate, and let sit for 2-3 minutes before stirring until smooth.
  5. Mix in Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt until fully combined.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
