  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (or parsley)

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt

  2. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
