  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas (rinsed)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 9 to 10 minutes until hard-boiled. Cool in an ice bath before peeling and halving.
  2. Chop the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the avocado.
