  • 1416 oz mini vegan marshmallows
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 14 oz caramels
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Grease a non-stick 9×13 pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and mini vegan marshmallows together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated, then press into the prepared pan.
  4. Melt the caramels with 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a double boiler until smooth, then pour over the Rice Krispie base and chill slightly.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with remaining heavy cream in the microwave and spread over the caramel layer.
