  • 4 cups Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. Place a cooling rack over the pan and also spray it.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, sugar, and water while stirring constantly. Bring this mixture to a boil until it reaches 305°F (152°C) on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Add mini pretzels to the caramel mixture, stirring until fully coated.
  4. Transfer coated pretzels to the cooling rack without overlapping.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes to ensure crispiness.
  6. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
