  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sear the steak tips seasoned with Cajun seasoning until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream, whole milk, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth, then gradually mix in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
  4. Toss the cooked rotini into the sauce and combine well. Add the seared steak tips back into the skillet and coat everything evenly with sauce.
