  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder.
  2. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
