  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until crispy and chopped)
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions in a medium-sized pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain using a colander and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, crispy turkey bacon pieces, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Ranch dressing, sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors before serving.
